Abdominal bloating weight gain is unattractive, no matter what weight you are.  It is uncomfortable and can even make it difficult to fit in your own clothing.  But what causes this sudden abdominal weight gain?  Mostly, abdominal bloating weight gain is caused by over eating, eating foods that do not agree with your digestive system therefore produce gas and constipation.  Other causes of this condition are food allergies, food intolerance, menstruation and irritable bowel syndrome.

Abdominal bloating weight gain is a common but a very annoying disorder.  There are a number of ways that you can stop it and basically involves making changes to your eating lifestyle.  This is often very effective especially if you experience abdominal bloating weight gain after eating.

a.Stop overeating

Eat small, frequent meals in order to have a bloat free healthy waistline

b.Change your eating lifestyle

Eating fast increases the pressure on your stomach, making it to produce more gas.  During meals, sit down, make sure that you chew your food well and swallow leisurely.  This will give the stomach sufficient time to digest.  When drinking coffee or tea, it is a very bad idea to swallow each gulp with excess air accompanying it.

c. Limit sugar intake

Sweets, sodas and chewing gum have a lot of artificial sweeteners.  These sweeteners are difficult to digest for many people and it results in bloating, diarrhea and gas, leading to abdominal bloating weight gain.  Instead, you can have real sugar substitutes.

d.Do away with sodas

Sodas and other fizzy drinks have bubbles that cause bloating.  Refrain from taking such beverages in excess quantities.
