<li>While you are encouraged to eat regularly, be sure to reduce your <strong>calorie </strong>intake. Ensure that you eat at least three hours before bedtime. You should ensure that all your <strong>meals </strong>include the three classes of foods; carbohydrates, <strong>proteins </strong>and vitamins. It is important that you only consume high quality carbohydrates. These include whole grain rice, pasta and bread for example. Avoid foods that have been processed as they contain fewer <strong>nutrients</strong>.</li>

<li>When it comes to food there are two things you must absolutely avoid; starving yourself and overeating. Never stuff yourself with food. Concomitantly, never starve your body. Moderation and <strong>timing </strong>is crucial when body building. Always eat at the right time and eat the right foods.
