Most people love fruits and can substitute fruit intake instead of taking a regular meal as required. It is important to note that fruits contain sugar and thus can lead to fruits weight gain if taken in surplus. If a person takes too much of anything with a lot of sugar, then it is obvious that the person will put on some weight.  Everything needs to be eaten in moderation, be it, proteins, carbohydrates or vegetables.

Most people assume that if they take fruits alone, they are eating healthier and will generally lose weight, but in contrast, indulging in excessive eating of fruits will lead to fruits weight gain. Eating lots of fruits does not mean that you are eating a healthy diet nor does it mean that since you are eating lots of fruits you will lose weight. In fact when you eat too much fruit you are overeating and you will significantly gain weight.

Always choose wisely on the fruit intake because some fruits have more sugar than others and can lead to fruits weight gain. You can always seek consultation with your nutritionist on which fruits have more sugar than others and can lead to weight gain. On the other hand if your goal is to lose weight or gain weight, then make sure that you consider the king of fruits that you are consuming and how much of it you consume in day. When something is taken in moderation weather fruit or food it will be healthy for the body.
