Weight gain is not a joke. It is a serious matter. One should keep alert about his/her intakes. During weight gain, we face some problems such as, no interest in food, lose control over eating. There are some recipes to give you some suggestions for healthy snacks to make your food interesting and healthy.

1. Chinese cuisine- you can add many vegetables, eggs and sauce in noodles to make it healthy. It cooked fast and kept the nutrition in the foodstuff. Do not use used oil in making noodles because it contains saturated folic acids, which is not good for heart.

2. Italian cuisine- you can add vegetables, eggs, and milk products in pastas to get nutrients and mouth watering food. Add baby corn and fruits along with nuts to make your dishes healthier.

3. American cuisine- Avoid eating pizzas and burgers. The junk food is not healthy and not useful for weight gain. If interested, use wheat breads with lots of sprouts, vegetables, and curd. Cook chicken salads to make it tasty and healthy. You can cook fishes also in same manner.

4. Indian cuisine- make curd salads, sweetened curd with fruits and nuts, bake fishes and chickens and eat them with salads, use different types of vegetables in south Indian recipes. Avoid using fine wheat with oil because it is not healthy and can cause of many diseases.

Try to cook healthy dishes to gain weight and make it easily and quickly is not a big deal. First is your health and fitness. Taking care of such things give you health and an attractive personality too.
