Menopause- A fact: Millions of women all across the globe are tied together with a common thread. This single phenomenon which affects women of all races and religion is scientifically termed as ‘Menopause’, a phase in every woman’s life when they go through hormonal changes due to cessation of the menstrual cycle or reproductive phase of a woman’s life. It is very natural for anyone going through menopause to be culpable to emotional feelings of irritability and mood swings as well as other health disorders.

Exercise: Helps curb weight gain, minimizes risk of diabetes, mood swing and stress

Reduce caffeine intake: Helps in retracting calcium in your body

Quit smoking: Reduces chances of hot flashes, heart disease and osteoporosis
