There are many other problems that are caused by metabolic syndrome which is as a result of unhealthy lifestyles. These health problems include: risk of heart attack, high blood pressure, obesity and overweight issues, diabetes among many other health consequences.

These health issues could in point of fact reduce life expectancy and obesity among teenagers. The number one killer diseases in America today are caused by weight issues such as cancer, diabetes and heart diseases. If you want to keep your body in the right shape, change your lifestyle and start eating healthy and work out.
