Gaining weight is always a big problem for skinny people. They eat enough food but they do not gain weight, on the other hand, some people do not like food very much that is why they do not put up weight. So, here question arises that what are the reasons behind this and what are the solutions to come out from this problem?

Some people’s has a digestive tendency that they can dissolve the fat very quickly and remain thin, to overcome from this problem, it is necessary to take not only oily and junk food but also some healthy food, full of nutritional values, such as; fruits, juices, milk shakes, nuts, fiber rich vegetable i.e. green vegetables and boiled eggs besides omelet.

For those, has no interest on food also takes these nutritional items in their daily meal. If you find these nutritional items boring, no problem, cook them in an interesting way. Cook food using many vegetables half-cooked and add some corn, mushrooms, and sauce in it to make it mouth watering and healthy too. Try to use raw food as much as possible to maintain the nutritional value.

Take some herbs in your daily life that can enhance your appetite and help you in weight gain. Do exercise daily for one hour to raise your hunger and do not take any foodstuff before and after one hour of exercise. If no things are working for you then, you must take some multi-vitamin pills as a supplement. Moreover, keep follow the tips written above to weight gain in a year.
