To become healthy again will be possible only if we take care of certain instructions for weight gain after illness.

After getting enough strength use a little spice in your food but avoid very spicy food. Do yoga, exercise, and meditation to come out with the bad experience the illness. Do not eat many different things at a time and eat small amount of food to allow your digestive system to digest the food easily. Slowly-slowly increase amount of oil in your food and use different kind of oils like sunflower oil, olive oil, and flaxseed oil.

Eat only healthy snacks that will be good for digestive system and will make you healthy faster than usual diet. Avoid taking monotonous dishes because you will lose your interest very soon in those dishes. If you want to gain weight after illness, try interesting new combinations of healthy food.
