An attractive body has a balance in all body parts and they appear to others like a balanced personality. A balanced personality receives advantage of their looks everywhere and enjoys the preference in careers, marriage, at any public place, and even in personal life.

If you are facing problem regarding your skinny appearance and this problem inhibits you in terms of career and personal life’s issues then it is not a problem anymore. Here are some tips to solve this problem in just one month though it needs full dedication to follow the diet chart regularly because one miss can be loose the spirit and don’t give results.

For the first weak - add milk along with any fruit like banana, apple, mango, and take two cups of these shakes daily; one in the morning and one in the evening. Avoid drinking these shakes in night.

Add eggs especially in boiled or half-boiled form, vegetables as a source of fibers, fish oils, and cereal for nutrition. You can eat nuts between two meals.

For the second weak – take milkshakes a full of glass twice a day, add more fruits in your diet, avoid taking only non-vegetables, and take more nuts as a source of nutrition.

For the third weak - take more rich meals including cheese, eggs, fruits, and vegetables. Nuts will enhance the calories of the meal so use sweetened milk along with the nuts.

For the fourth weak – do some exercises daily for just thirty minutes in whole month to make equal distribution of these calories in your body.
