Weight gain through on-hand healthy snacks

There is always a complaint about the weight gain that ‘I have not time to make them or purchase some special dishes from the market’. This is only an excuse that will not work and do not let you anywhere. See, excuses are made for keep us there where we are already. Now, we do not want to become skinny any longer so we will follow some simple advises to keep our-self healthy.

1. Prepare the healthy snacks in night. Preparation means not full dish but boil potatoes, eggs, beans in night. Wash and cut your vegetables in night to save the time in morning. It will take only five to ten minutes and make you free from the tension of rush work of morning. Your routine life needs some basic arrangements to keep you fit.

2. Use raw vegetables and fruits to save the nutrition of the food and to save cooking time. The best breakfast in morning for weight gain is banana milk shake with nuts like almonds and raisins. Full of calorie banana shake takes one to two minutes in morning.

3. Try to make simple recipes in spite of heavy dishes. It will not harm but will maintain your interest in making healthy dishes especially when you feel fatigue.

4. If you get hungry in between office time so that keep healthy snacks with you like wheat biscuits, fruits, packed juices.

5. Mix nuts and fruits in ice creams and keep it in your freezer, and eat it whenever you feel hungry.
