Every woman wanted an attractive figure to feel complete and confident. Skinny women find it very difficult to get those curves in their body because the fat is not depositing into that particular part of the body. The fat can be deposit in any part of the body, which also becomes a problem if it will deposit only on abdominal or hip areas.

To keep body in right proportion it is good to do exercises regularly. Here are some exercises given below which is easy to do and takes only ten minutes of the routine life.

1. Do three to five times `Surya namaskaar` to keep the body in balance.

2. Then do 10 to 20 times `Butterfly` and `Rocking the baby` to get blood flow in to your lower part of the body, through this exercise, the fat will also be deposited in hip areas.

3. Then do `Pranayam` for ten minutes to keep the mind relaxed and focused all the day. When during Pranayam, it is compulsory to keep your eyes closed and do it very gently.

4. After doing Pranayam, do not eat anything for at least thirty minutes. It is compulsory to do these exercises with empty stomach and be regular to get results.

These exercises keeps the body in shape without taking any time and the best part of the yoga is that these exercises controls your digestive system so that it will automatically give you curves in the body.
